What we delete: your account profile, phone number, KYC documents (identity and driving licence images) and selfie, and the personal data in your booking history.
What we may keep: rental, payment and dues records that V3R2 Slow Phone is required to keep under applicable Indian law, for the period the law requires. These are not used for any other purpose.
Timeline: we process verified requests within 30 days. We may contact you on your phone number to confirm it is you.
